Yoga, for me, is this beautiful bridge between mind and body. Our mental health, emotions, and thoughts can manifest physically with symptoms or illnesses, as well as, the reverse of physical health greatly influencing our minds.
Both, mind and body, are crucial for overall health and happiness. I deeply connect with yoga because it embodies listening to ourselves, both internally and externally, for guidance, love, and strength. I want to share my joy and mindfulness practices with the world, and teaching yoga is a beautiful manifestation of that.
I received my 200 hr yoga teacher training from Om Ananda in December of 2017 and a
Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biomedical Sciences from
Colorado State University in May of 2017.
What a year! Now I continue my journey of self discovery and creation.
I love to hike with my dog, Athena. Fort Collins is such an amazing place to be able to run and explore. Click here for some of my favorite hiking spots around Foco! Listening to records is one of my favorite ways to end, or start, the day. Zeppelin always, however my music style for yoga is much more Odesza inspired. Find me on Spotify to listen along, search 'Rachael Nock'

Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga sessions can be the perfect way to build a strong foundation tailored to your specific body and needs. Whether you are new to yoga or already have a solid practice, private yoga sessions can help enhance yourself and life.
My background in physiology & anatomy provides a deep understanding of muscles and their movement. Together we can build strength where you may desire and loosen areas of tightness. Flows can range from incredibly restorative to fun, fluid, and challenging. Every body is different, time and injuries can take their tole and make some feel unable to participate in the practice of yoga. What to realize is how versatile and gentle yoga is capable of being. For example, Chair Yoga (exclusively taught while seated), can be a progressive way to increase flexibility and gently build strength. Please reach out with any questions.
Together we can grow and flow.
